Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, in line with our money-back guarantee.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

Return postage is paid by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item you received was faulty or incorrect.

To start a return, email us at support@pestneutral.com with your order number and we will provide you with instructions on where to send your return. Refunds are processed once we have received the item in the right condition.
